GirlVentures is committed to creating an inclusive workplace, and we actively encourage BIPOC and LGBTQ+ candidates. For program positions and seasonal instructor opportunities, GirlVentures hires cis-female, trans, and gender non-conforming staff of all racial identities and sexual orientations to lead our programs to appropriately support GirlVentures students in intensive multi-day programs.
