GirlVentures employs a small full-time staff and contracts seasonal support and instructors for our Summer Outdoor Adventure Programs as well as our Custom Community Courses during the school year.
Our 7-14 day expeditions are typically led by two experienced Course Instructors and one Assistant Instructor. They are supported by a Course Director and Specialists. Together, this team creates an environment for girls to explore their courage, confidence and leadership, while participating in physical outdoor challenges. Additionally, we have a dedicated and knowledgeable logistics team to support each course with gear, food, and transportation.
